Upon full settlement of all project fees, we grant our clients an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the finished and delivered cinematic works across all global platforms. This ensures your brand is protected by the Helios legacy while maintaining absolute freedom of rollout.
2. Technical IP & Source Assets
Participation in a Helios production signifies a formal commitment to our architectural curation. We retain all rights to our unique technical methodologies and raw source files. While the final masters are licensed to the client, the "DNA" of our production process remains the proprietary intellectual property of Helios Agency.
3. Engagement & Timeline
Engagement requires mutual adherence to production milestones. Our campaigns are calibrated for precise timing, and delays in client feedback can impact the final cinematic quality. We operate on professional, high-stakes deadlines.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes regarding the curation of your brand’s legacy will be handled with absolute discretion within the appropriate judicial framework.
